FlochoChat safety standards

Child Safety Standards Against CSAE

FlochoChat, provided by FLOCHO LLC, is a private messaging and social connection app. We maintain published standards against child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and child sexual abuse material (CSAM) across FlochoChat and related services.

Effective date: June 14, 2026

Prohibited content and behavior

The following are not allowed on FlochoChat:

  • Sharing, requesting, creating, storing, promoting, or distributing child sexual abuse material (CSAM).
  • Grooming, sextortion, trafficking, coercion, or sexual solicitation of minors.
  • Attempts to move child exploitation activity off platform or evade detection, reporting, or enforcement.
  • Any conduct that violates applicable child safety or child protection laws.

Zero tolerance for CSAE and CSAM

FlochoChat strictly prohibits any content, account activity, message, profile, image, video, link, request, or behavior that exploits, abuses, endangers, sexualizes, or targets minors.

User reporting and feedback

Users can report safety concerns, abusive behavior, illegal content, suspicious accounts, or possible CSAE through FlochoChat support and in-app safety controls such as blocking or reporting where available.

Please do not send illegal content by email. Instead, provide account identifiers, screenshots that do not reproduce illegal material, timestamps, and a short description so the safety team can investigate.

Review, removal, and enforcement

When FlochoChat receives actual knowledge of CSAE or CSAM, we review and act promptly. Enforcement may include removing content, disabling access, suspending or terminating accounts, preserving relevant evidence as legally appropriate, and limiting future use of FlochoChat services.

Reports involving possible child endangerment are prioritized for review and escalation.

Legal compliance and reporting to authorities

FlochoChat complies with applicable child safety laws and regulations. Confirmed CSAM or credible CSAE reports may be reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC), law enforcement, or other relevant regional authorities as required by law.
