1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains how Flocho collects, uses, shares, stores, and protects information when you visit flocho.com, create an account, make a purchase, use our applications, subscribe to our services, contact support, or use any Flocho digital service.

Flocho may provide custom products, digital design services, educational tools such as MyVocabulary, finance-related tools, subscriptions, and other online services. By using Flocho, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

This Privacy Policy should be read together with our Terms of Service, Subscription Terms, Refund Policy, Cancellation Policy, and Help Center.

2. Information We Collect

Account information: name, email address, phone number, username, password credentials, login method, account status, preferences, and support history.

Contact and order information: shipping address, billing address, custom order details, product selections, uploaded files, design instructions, notes, and order history.

Payment and subscription information: selected plan, subscription status, renewal period, payment provider, transaction identifiers, invoices, receipts, billing events, failed payment status, cancellation status, and refund status. Flocho does not store full credit card numbers on its servers.

MyVocabulary information: selected themes, vocabulary words, translations, examples, progress, levels, learning history, audio status, pronunciation practice activity, generated educational content, and subscription access status.

Finance tool information: accounts, categories, transactions, budgets, commitments, balances, projections, notes, and other financial data that you manually enter or generate inside Flocho finance tools.

Uploaded content: images, screenshots, designs, mockups, logos, text, files, and other content you upload or submit for custom products, digital services, or app features.

Usage data: pages visited, features used, clicks, app activity, errors, device type, browser, operating system, IP address, approximate location, language settings, timestamps, and diagnostic logs.

Cookies and tracking data: cookies, local storage, analytics identifiers, session data, and similar technologies used to operate, secure, measure, and improve Flocho.

Communications: emails, text messages, support requests, feedback, customer service notes, and related metadata.

3. How We Use Information

To create, authenticate, manage, protect, and support user accounts.

To process orders, custom product requests, subscriptions, payments, invoices, refunds, cancellations, and support requests.

To provide MyVocabulary features, including learning paths, vocabulary themes, words, examples, pronunciation, audio generation, progress tracking, and subscription access.

To provide finance-related tools, including transaction organization, dashboards, budgets, alerts, projections, and financial summaries based on information entered by the user.

To generate, store, display, and manage user-submitted designs, mockups, screenshots, product previews, and related custom order materials.

To send transactional communications such as order updates, account alerts, payment notices, subscription status notices, verification messages, support replies, and security notifications.

To send marketing messages only when allowed by law and when you have provided the required consent. You may opt out of promotional communications.

To prevent fraud, unauthorized access, abuse, payment disputes, spam, security incidents, and violations of Flocho policies.

To improve our website, applications, products, customer experience, performance, security, and business operations.

To comply with applicable laws, tax obligations, accounting requirements, legal requests, payment provider requirements, and enforcement of our terms.

4. MyVocabulary and Educational Features

MyVocabulary may collect and store learning activity, selected language, vocabulary themes, saved words, progress, examples, audio activity, generated content, subscription access, and related usage data.

Flocho may use artificial intelligence or third-party tools to help generate educational content such as vocabulary words, translations, examples, definitions, pronunciations, stories, images, or audio. AI-generated content may contain mistakes and should be reviewed by the user.

MyVocabulary is provided for educational and practice purposes only. Flocho does not guarantee fluency, exam results, school results, job outcomes, or any specific learning outcome.

If MyVocabulary is used by a minor, the parent or legal guardian is responsible for supervising use of the service and deciding whether the service is appropriate.

5. Finance Tools and Financial Information

Flocho finance tools may allow users to manually enter income, expenses, accounts, budgets, commitments, debts, loans, subscriptions, balances, categories, notes, and projections.

Finance tools are provided for organization, estimation, tracking, and planning purposes only. Flocho does not provide financial, tax, investment, legal, accounting, credit, banking, or debt advice.

Any dashboards, projections, alerts, balances, summaries, or AI-generated financial insights are estimates based on the information available in the system and may be incomplete, incorrect, outdated, or affected by user input errors.

Users are responsible for verifying their financial information, making their own decisions, and consulting qualified professionals when needed.

Do not enter highly sensitive information unless necessary. Do not enter full bank login credentials, full card numbers, Social Security numbers, tax IDs, medical information, or other sensitive information unless Flocho specifically provides a secure feature for that purpose.

6. Payments, Subscriptions, and Billing

Flocho may offer one-time purchases, custom orders, digital services, and recurring subscriptions.

When you purchase a subscription, we may store information such as your selected plan, price, billing frequency, subscription status, renewal date, cancellation date, payment provider, invoice records, and access rights.

Subscription services may renew automatically unless canceled before the next billing date. Cancellation and refund details are described in our Subscription Terms, Cancellation Policy, and Refund Policy.

Payments may be processed by third-party providers such as Stripe, Google Pay-supported processors, banks, card networks, or other payment gateways. Flocho does not store full credit card numbers on its servers.

Payment providers may collect and process information such as name, email, billing address, shipping address, payment method details, transaction data, fraud signals, device information, and other information required to process payments and prevent fraud.

Flocho may use payment and subscription information to confirm access, handle billing issues, prevent fraud, manage disputes, issue refunds when approved, comply with provider requirements, and maintain accounting records.

Do not send full payment card numbers, bank passwords, or sensitive payment credentials through email, text message, support forms, or chat.

7. Artificial Intelligence and Automated Features

Flocho may use AI or automated systems to help generate educational content, product descriptions, design ideas, translations, summaries, finance summaries, customer support drafts, or other helpful outputs.

AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, offensive, outdated, or unsuitable for a specific purpose. Users should review AI output before relying on it.

Flocho may process user-provided prompts, text, images, files, product details, vocabulary data, or finance data to generate requested outputs or improve the service where allowed.

Users should not submit confidential, highly sensitive, regulated, or third-party information unless they have the right to do so and the feature is intended for that information.

8. Security and Fraud Prevention

Flocho uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information from unauthorized access, misuse, loss, alteration, or disclosure.

Security measures may include authentication, authorization, encrypted transmission where appropriate, access restrictions, logging, backups, monitoring, fraud detection, and account protection features.

No website, app, database, network, payment system, or method of transmission is completely secure. Flocho cannot guarantee absolute security.

Users are responsible for keeping their account credentials secure, using strong passwords, protecting their devices, and notifying Flocho if they suspect unauthorized access.

9. How We Share Information

Payment processors and financial providers: to process transactions, subscriptions, refunds, disputes, fraud checks, taxes, accounting, and compliance.

Shipping and fulfillment providers: to deliver physical products and manage shipments.

Hosting, storage, database, and infrastructure providers: to operate Flocho, store files, serve images, run applications, and maintain backups.

Email, SMS, and communication providers: to send transactional messages, verification messages, support replies, service alerts, and permitted marketing messages.

Analytics, security, and performance providers: to understand usage, detect errors, prevent abuse, improve performance, and protect the service.

AI, content, image, audio, or data providers: to generate or enhance features requested by users, such as vocabulary content, examples, images, audio, or summaries.

Professional advisors: such as accountants, attorneys, insurers, or consultants when needed for business operations, legal compliance, or dispute resolution.

Legal and compliance recipients: when required by law, subpoena, court order, government request, payment provider requirement, fraud investigation, safety issue, or enforcement of our terms.

Business transfers: if Flocho is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, asset sale, or similar transaction, information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

Flocho does not sell personal information for money. We also do not sell phone numbers to unauthorized third parties.

10. Email, SMS, and Phone Communications

Flocho mainly provides support by email and text message. Customers are not required to call first.

By providing your phone number, you may consent to receive transactional SMS messages or calls related to your account, orders, payments, subscription status, verification, password recovery, support, security, or important service notices.

Marketing SMS messages will only be sent when we have the required consent. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier.

You may opt out of promotional SMS messages by replying STOP when available. You may request help by replying HELP when available or by contacting support@flocho.com.

Flocho may call or schedule a call after receiving and reviewing your email or text message if a phone conversation is necessary to resolve your request.

Please do not send full card numbers, passwords, Social Security numbers, tax IDs, bank login credentials, or other highly sensitive information by email or text message.

11. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

Flocho may use cookies, local storage, session storage, pixels, logs, and similar technologies to operate the website, remember preferences, maintain sessions, secure accounts, analyze traffic, improve performance, and personalize parts of the experience.

You can manage or disable cookies through your browser settings. Some features may not work properly if cookies or local storage are disabled.

Flocho may use analytics or diagnostic tools to understand errors, page performance, feature usage, and customer experience.

12. User Content, Uploads, and Custom Designs

Users may upload or submit images, logos, text, designs, mockups, product instructions, screenshots, and other content for custom products or digital services.

Users are responsible for ensuring they have the legal right to upload, use, print, sell, or submit any content provided to Flocho.

Flocho may store, process, resize, convert, preview, display, print, or otherwise use submitted content as needed to provide the requested service, fulfill orders, create previews, support customers, and maintain records.

Flocho may refuse, remove, restrict, or cancel content or orders that appear illegal, infringing, abusive, fraudulent, harmful, or otherwise not appropriate for our services.

13. Data Retention

Flocho keeps personal information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer period is required or permitted by law.

We may retain account records, order records, payment records, subscription records, support history, tax records, fraud prevention records, logs, and backup copies as needed for business, legal, accounting, security, or dispute-resolution purposes.

If you request deletion, some information may still be retained where required for legal compliance, accounting, fraud prevention, security, dispute resolution, enforcement of terms, or backup integrity.

14. Your Choices and Rights

You may request access to your personal information, correction of inaccurate information, deletion of certain information, or restriction of certain processing where applicable.

You may update certain account information from your account settings when available.

You may unsubscribe from marketing emails using the unsubscribe link when available or by contacting support.

You may opt out of promotional SMS messages by replying STOP when available.

You may request subscription cancellation according to our Cancellation Policy and Subscription Terms.

15. International Users

Flocho is operated from the United States. If you access Flocho from outside the United States, your information may be processed and stored in the United States or other locations where our service providers operate.

Privacy laws may differ from those in your location. By using Flocho, you understand that your information may be transferred, processed, and stored outside your country or region where permitted by law.

16. Children and Minors

Flocho services are generally intended for users who are at least 18 years old or who use the services with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian.

Flocho does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without appropriate parental consent. If we learn that we collected personal information from a child under 13 without required consent, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.
